ROA NFT

ROA NFT is a collection of NFTs – digital artwork – that is coming on MultiversX blockchain. This website is just an interface presenting and introducing the project to the public. Users bear full responsibility for the security and maintenance of their private MultiversX wallets and for verifying all transactions. Additionally, since the ROA smart contract functions on the MultiversX network, there is no capability to retract, reverse, or reinstate any transactions.

OWNERSHIP

When you acquire an NFT on the MultiversX blockchain, you possess complete ownership of the corresponding ROA artwork, ensured by the Smart Contract and MultiversX Network. We cannot seize, freeze, or alter this ownership at any stage.

Conditional upon your ongoing adherence to these Terms, ROA provides you with a global, royalty-free license to utilize, replicate, and showcase the acquired artwork, including any extensions you generate or utilize, exclusively for the following purposes: (i) for your personal, non-commercial use; (ii) within a marketplace facilitating ROA/NFT transactions, ensuring cryptographic verification of ownership rights for display; or (iii) in a third-party website or app allowing involvement of your ROA, with cryptographic verification of ownership rights and the artwork’s visibility tied to the owner’s presence on the site or app.

If you continue to comply with these Terms, ROA provides you with an unrestricted, global license to utilize, reproduce, and showcase the acquired artwork for creating derivative works (“Commercial Use”). This includes scenarios such as producing and selling merchandise (e.g., T-shirts) featuring copies of the artwork. Importantly, this provision does not limit you from (i) operating a marketplace for ROA, with cryptographic verification of ownership rights; (ii) managing a third-party website or app allowing ROA involvement, with cryptographic verification of ownership rights and artwork visibility tied to the owner’s presence; or (iii) generating revenue from these mentioned activities.

COMERCIAL REPRODUCTION

If you remain in compliance with these terms, ROA provides you with an unrestricted and global license to replicate the acquired artwork for commercial utilization. This encompasses the authority to create and vend derivative items (e.g., T-shirts) featuring copies of the artwork.
Attribution: When reproducing the artwork, you commit to providing suitable acknowledgment to the original work and acknowledging ROA as the creator and copyright owner. This acknowledgment must be prominently displayed whenever the reproduced artwork is publicly accessible.

RIGHTS OF REPRODUCTION

As long as you continue to follow these Terms, ROA grants you a worldwide, royalty-free permission to reproduce the artwork you’ve obtained for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes making digital and physical copies of the artwork for your own enjoyment and collection.
